Arrange for hotels, transportation, dining, and recreation. Act as a liaison on behalf of Client should complications arise while traveling.
Project Management - Define goals, coordinates task, and initiate a plan of action, for any Executive or Administrative project. Manage individuals, as well as all processes necessary to see a project through from beginning to completion.
Bookkeeping - Transfer manual bookkeeping to computerized system. Manage multiple bank accounts to include lines of credit and credit card loans, bank account reconciliation. Budget planning/cost review and containment. Liaison with corporate accounting, providing financial reports and other documents. Full scope accounts payable and receivable. Payroll and payroll taxes (manual and computerized.) Prepare financial reports for lenders. Balance/review expense reports.
Event Planning - Book venues, arrange vendors and staging, plan food, refreshments, entertainment, printing and marketing of event. Other services include organizing volunteers, planning of set-up and tear down, coordinate fundraising, ticket sales, silent auction events, and all pick-ups and deliveries.
Database Management - Collect, organize and input data into an easily accessible format, for the purposes of analyzing and utilizing data for contact and relationship marketing needs.
Contact Relationship Management - Follow-up with established, new and potential clients via telephone and written communication, sending out information, links, and marketing materials. Create and manage email blasts, newsletters, and digital media to ensure communication and retention of contact relations.
Medical Billing and Physician Credentialing - Manage all forms of physician licensing data that is required for contracting and credentialing with hospitals and insurance companies. Fill out, submit and follow-up applications to facilitate the credentialing of individual practitioners, group practices, and facilities.
Staff Recruitment/Human Resources - Write and place ads for employment opportunities, in various media outlets. Interview, check references, advise employer regarding qualified applicants, and help with selection process when requested.
Social Media Management - Manage day to day content, keeping social media platforms fresh and up to date. Provide services writing content, participating in forum discussions, posting relevant articles and materials to keep in touch with your clients.
Networking - Attend local, professional networking meetings and events, connecting businesses and members of the community. Hand out promotional materials, flyers, business cards and brochures, and collect contact information of potential clients.
